A talented and experienced team of nursing staff, led by Sheri Workman, Director of Nursing, and other wonderful staff members work together to address the needs of each resident. A full complement of services is provided on our campus including our own therapy staff. At Mennonite Home, we have reinvented the structure of our building and the way we provide care for our elders. We have changed from the traditional nursing home setting to a household setting and incorporated a concept known as Person Centered Care. Person Centered Care is a philosophical approach to health care that gets to the heart of the matter - learning the residents' needs and wants, while making them feel truly at home.
